FREC 3 Course – Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care (RQF)
A 5-day hands-on qualification in pre-hospital emergency care, FREC 3 is ideal for medics, event staff, and security professionals. SIA-recognised and trauma-focused.
FREC 4 Course – First Response Emergency Care (RQF) Level 4

Our Emergency First Aid at Work Course equips learners to manage workplace emergencies safely and effectively, in line with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
First Aid at Work (RQF) Level 3
Our First Aid at Work Course provides the skills required to respond confidently to workplace emergencies and meet Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 requirements.
Paediatric First Aid (RQF) Level 3
Our Paediatric First Aid Course provides the skills required to respond confidently to infant and child emergencies and fulfils Ofsted’s first aid requirements under the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Out of Hospital Adult Immediate Life Support (RQF) Level 4
The Level 4 Out of Hospital Adult Immediate Life Support (OOH AILS) qualification equips clinicians with the skills to manage adult cardiac arrest and life-threatening emergencies with confidence and clinical competence.
Moving People Safely – Level 2 Award (RQF)
Moving People Safely Level 2 Course – HSE-aligned training in safe manual handling and assisting people.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillation – Level 2 Award (RQF)
