BM Ambulance Service is a private medical ambulance company with locations in Kent, London Biggin Hill Airport, and Alicante, Spain. We are registered with and rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

- Road repatriations by ambulance.
- Airport airside ambulance transfers.
- Patient relocations within the UK.
- Patient transport services including HDU, bariatric and non-emergency transfers.

Since 2015, BM Ambulance Service has been proud to provide transport, repatriation and medical services to private individuals, insurance companies, event organisers, the NHS, UK ambulance trusts and commissions, as well as private hospitals across the UK and Europe.
We maintain a large fleet of modern ambulance vehicles including specialist patient transport, cardiac, bariatric, HDU, and repatriation ambulances, as well as cars, 4 x 4s and deceased recovery vehicles.
