BM Ambulance is dedicated to ensuring that patients consistently receive high-quality care, including safe and reliable transfers.
We work with repatriation companies supplying transport services to inbound and outbound repatriation flights at airports across the UK, specialising in services at airports in the south of England with which we have long-established working relationships.

   Flight Arrivals.

We can meet inbound repatriation flights at UK airports to provide onward transport to the patient’s new hospital, care facility or home address in the UK. We provide a wing-to-ambulance service with apron transfers directly from the repatriation aircraft to our awaiting ambulance.

Our fleet includes specialist high dependency, cardiac, and patient transport ambulances as well as wheelchair-accessible vehicles and fully equipped ambulance cars, available 24/7 for onward transport. We can transfer the repatriation medical team with the patient to their UK care facility or supply a team of highly skilled and experienced medics to continue their care between the aircraft and their new care facility. Additionally, we can return the repatriation medical team to the airport or their hotel accommodation for an overnight stay.

Alternatively, if the patient is more mobile, we can arrange to meet them landside, within the terminal building, to transfer them to their new care facility or home address in the UK.

 Flight Departures.

BM Ambulance Service has established long-standing relationships with hospitals across the country. We can arrange to collect patients from any hospital, care facility, or home address in the UK and transfer them to the airport for their repatriation flight from the UK to their home country.
We have a large fleet of ambulance vehicles and teams of highly trained and experienced medical staff who can provide continued care from the patient’s current medical facility until the patient is handed over to the care of their onward repatriation team at the airport. Alternatively, we can transfer the patient from the hospital to the airport with their repatriation medical team to meet their awaiting repatriation aircraft.

We aim to make all our journeys as safe and smooth as possible for our patients, their families, and any accompanying medical staff.
