We operate over 20 fully equipped front-line ambulances stationed across the South of England, enabling us to transport casualties to hospital under blue light conditions anywhere in the UK. Our drivers are blue light qualified, and our high standards of medical training ensure they are fully prepared to manage any patient deterioration during transport, while supporting the crew monitoring the patient en route.
We work closely with event organisers, councils, and production companies to provide medical cover for a wide range of events, including motorsports, running events, music festivals, carnivals, and military shows. With a high level of confidence and competence, we reassure both injured and critically ill patients that they will receive the best possible care, while prioritising scene safety, staff welfare, and minimising any further risks to avoid patient deterioration.

We provide comprehensive Medical Event Cover, offering first aid services for any event across the South of England. As a CQC-regulated organisation, we operate a fleet of 60 ambulances and a team of fully trained medical professionals, capable of triaging, treating, advising, or transporting patients to the hospital. Our resources include welfare units, cars, ambulances, motorcycles, 4×4 vehicles, a quad bike for off-road and endurance events, and pedal cycle response units for optimal accessibility.
