Give students the simulation experience of treating a patient on the move, in an environment they are not used to operating in.
Hire an ambulance with the stretcher and any equipment, props and a staff member to act accordingly if requested. Contact us for ambulance hire for day, week or block booking.
Our staff can play the role of the Paramedic, being belligerent or over excited, distracting or in the background, as unhelpful or as helpful as you need.
Simulation Training Ambulance
Expose staff to the conveyance of a patient by ambulance on the move, in advance of doing it under pressure for real.
Our preferred ambulance for hospitals looking to give staff the experience of treating a patient on the move is BM 108, with the open bulk head to the crew cab. When asked to pull over, the trainer can turn and see the scenario, controlling the scene with distance and overview of the medics performance.

We can send a uniformed crew member, to act just as they would – interacting with the staff, even being a little difficult if prompted!
Out staff can act out communication with the crew member on arrival to collect the patient, to give the reality of conveyance by ambulance. Our crew can help with understanding the limitations and access of loading the patient on to the ambulance and the lighting, heating and support equipment within the ambulance.
