What is the process?
Complete the Quotation Request Form
Begin by filling out our quotation request form with the essential details about the patient and the transport requirements.
Personalised Consultation
Once we receive your request, our team will contact you to discuss the details and answer any questions you may have.
Medical Assessment
To ensure the transport is safe and appropriate for the patient, we may request additional medical information or documentation (we can obtain this on your behalf)

Transport Plan and Timeline
After confirming all details, we will provide you with a comprehensive transport plan, including the collection time and an estimated time of arrival in the UK.
Coordination with Care Providers
We’ll handle communication with both the sending and receiving hospitals or care facilities, ensuring a seamless and stress-free transfer process.

What can you be doing in the meantime?
We kindly request any hospital notes you have for the patient. If possible, arranging a translation will be helpful, but we can assist with this if needed. Additionally, any contact with the patient’s UK doctor to obtain notes would be beneficial. Please note that the patient’s passport and medical records are required for travel and will also be needed by the receiving hospital. The more detailed information you can provide, the better we can plan, ensuring a safe and seamless transfer to and from Spain.

What our customers say....
We used BM Ambulance for repatriation of my Father-in-law from Spain to the UK. They were very professional and competent, we would highly recommend them. They kept us fully informed through the whole process and took care of everything. Thanks for such a great job, it was much appreciated at such a distressing time. (review from our Facebook page)
I really can’t rate these guys highly enough. Absolute professionals and so caring from start to finish. My dad had to be brought back from Spain in incredibly stressful circumstances and the team kept us informed throughout, plus being able to track the journey was so reassuring. My dad is now safely in hospital in the UK. Thank you so much to Craig and the team! (review from Google)
